A true York County product, Trevor Snyder has been immersed in the game of golf for nearly his entire life. He first picked up a club at just two years old and began competing in tournaments by the age of six, quickly developing a deep love for the game and the challenges it brings. Growing up in the local golf community shaped both his playing career and his passion for helping others discover the sport.

Trevor’s competitive success began early and continued throughout his junior and high school career. He qualified for the PIAA District III Championships four times (2019–2022) and earned two appearances at the PIAA State High School Championships (2021, 2022). In 2023, he further demonstrated his high level of play by earning Medalist honors at the PGA Playing Ability Test, shooting 71–70 (-3) over 36 holes at Penn State’s White Course.

Today, Trevor is pursuing his dream of becoming a PGA Golf Professional. He currently works as a PGA Associate while continuing to build his coaching experience and professional knowledge under the tutelage of Legacy Golf Academy lead instructor Nate Blanchette. As Assistant Professional at Heritage Hills Golf Resort, Trevor has taken on increasing responsibility in instruction, player development, and daily golf operations—experiences that continue to sharpen his ability to teach and mentor golfers of all ages.

Trevor’s greatest passion lies in growing the game, particularly by working with junior golfers and beginners. He believes golf has the power to build confidence, discipline, and lifelong friendships. Through his work as Tour Director for the York County Junior Golf Association and his role at Legacy Golf Academy, Trevor is committed to creating a welcoming and encouraging environment where players can learn, improve, and fall in love with the game.

With a cheerful personality and a genuine excitement for teaching, Trevor enjoys sharing his knowledge of the golf swing, mental game, and course management with every student he works with. His mission is simple: to help more people discover the joy of golf while guiding the next generation of players toward their goals.
